Under Nutrition
Focus on getting ample protein at every meal
Fill half of your plate with non-starchy vegetables for every meal
Stop eating when satisfied or approximately 80% full.
Consume as many colorful vegetables as the size of your head, every day
Eat protein every 3-5 hours while awake, depending on hunger
Emphasize healthy fats to help control training induced inflammation
Drink at least 3 liters of water per day
Limit caffeine to one cup of coffee per day
Limit alcohol to less than 3 drinks per week
